Lead sheathing is one of the best materials for service life of cables under high stress. Lead extruders are used to apply lead sheathing to cables or vulcanized rubber tube. It is a fully automated machine so that the wire winder carries a sensor which enables the winding and the extrusion sections to run in synchronism. the unique design for strict control of temperature in every section also makes temperature and extrusion pressure constant at each section. Thus the thickness of the lead layer can be controlled within a very tight tolerance. The melting furnace, the purifying & holding furnace, and lead conveyor all work in an enclosed system.
1. Continuous Lead Extruder
The continuous Lead extruder is based on the digestion and absorption of the same type of international equipment, and is designed and manufactured with innovative design. It is mainly used for wire and cable coating lead sheath or for rubber tube coating lead vulcanization. Lead Extrusion Machine realizes continuous extruding through lead transporting by rotating screw rod. Thickness of sheathing lead can be ensured to be equal in vertical direction. In design, to control each part's temperature strictly makes each part's temperature and extruding pressure near to be invariable. This ensures thickness of sheathing lead can be controlled in the least tolerance range.This lead extruder machine is used for sheathing lead on cable and wrapping rubber pipe with lead and vulcanizing the same continuously, available in types of YQL-250/(YQL-250/5 sheathing dia.: 225~110mm), YQL-200/5, YQL-150/5, YQL-120/5 and YQL-100/5.
2.H-Type Lead Stripping Machine
The Lead Stripper machine is mainly used for Rubber/plastic sheathing cables of which the size is from ф10-90 mm. The outer sheath and inner conductor will be stripped by blade when waste cables pass through the middle guide wheel. The blades can be adjusted freely. Double blades can split wires from both sides, sheaths and cores are separated automatically.
